Meeting Minutes 9.11.25 Next meeting Oct. 9th

 We had small numbers last month with amazing photos! 

Next meeting is Oct. 9th, 2025 6PM at the Whitefish Library.

I bought a new laptop, which worked fine for the slideshow.  I did however delete the images from last month so I do not have much for the meeting minutes.  

Tony followed an Albino Loon around this summer, which are 1 and 30,000 chance of seeing.  He was able to watch from the time it was little to full grown and left the area.  I
was not going to post one of those, since he is working on getting them published!

Leanne went down south to Bryce & Zion and was able to hike into the Narrows.

Dee also showed some of her adventures from hiking around the area.

Frank brought some of is iconic snow ghost shots back when they were massive.  Some goats, neon lights and more.

I showed some shots from flying over the Bob Marshall and South Fork trip that I was supposed to go.  I had to postpone it until next year due to lack of water.

Our next meeting is the second Thursday of the month 12.12.2024 at 6 PM at the Whitefish Library.   It is our holiday meeting, if you have something to share for our gift exchange please bring it.  Either wrapped or not, it is up to you.  Typically we suggest if you have any photography gear that you are no longer using bring it, if you do not, you do not need to bring anything.  If you want to bring a snack or goodies to share that is always welcome too. Bring photos along too, please keep them to under 25 images, since we will have the gift exchange and time will be limited.

February Meeting Minutes & next meeting 3.13.25

Last month we had Jersey Boy's pizza, and brownies and cookie desserts.  We were thinking it might be nice to try to do a pot luck with having everyone bring something easy to snack on, if they have the time and want to bring something. We also saw a lot of nice photos.  I will post some of my favorites below. We had a new member Gray Emery Gove and he will have a  show will be March 20-23  at the expo park in Great Falls.  He brought in one of his prints that he did in a dark room, from a Roloflex camera and mounted on wood. His booth is 70 in The Great Western Show . Check out his web site:  www.
